West Seattle – Matt Johnson, owner Feedback Lounge, shows off his cocktail craftsmanship to his guests who want to try his concoctions. At 6 p.m. until the bar closes, he entices his patrons to step out of their comfort zone of their regular Cosmos and Lemon Drops cocktails and try exotic ingredients such as peppercorns or persimmons for an exciting culinary experience.
